Contaminated soil processing includes the following:

  1. Hydraulic erosion of stabilized contaminated soil for non-contact transport of an aggressive medium OR operate with liquid active silt, i.e., taken directly from pipe or by using fecal pumps.

  2. Transport of pulp from a storage tank.

  3. Spinning on drum filters, reducing humidity to 60-80%.

  4. Mixing watered soil with mixture of sorbent consisting of natural minerals and acids. Also, when mixed with a solid sorbent, heating and slight cavitation take place, as well as pasteurization (80-85 gr/C), and chemical. Etching of pathogenic microflora.

  5. Mixing the mixture with the sorbent, on the same aggregate. Disintegration and neutralization.

  6. Granulator - Extruder (spinning under the press) + vacuum evaporator. Getting wet granules.

  7. Encapsulation (dusting) of wet granules by dry sorbent. Contact dyring of granules and cementation of sorbent is a barrier for fixing odors.

  8. Infra-red drying of granules and packaging in vacuum bags for sale or bulk in the fields.

As the result, the hazard class is reduced. The received product may be used as a reluctant for spent quarries, as well as for the biological stage of reclamation of waste solid waste landfills, and in may other instances.
