Mr. Fradkin is an expert in thermal power plants design, construction & operations and specializes in thermal power plants with reduced pollution.

Michael Mordison,

Executive VP & CTO

 

Has over 20 years of management experience, as well as vast technical and engineering experience in nanotechnology, air & water cleaning, sludge & soil processing, automatic control systems, and business development. Holds a number of patents and was a Chairman at Scientists of the South association.

Mr. Mordison held the positions of: VP of R&D & CTO at IsraCD Computers ltd., VP of R&D and CTO at InVibro Technologies Ltd. (ArgoQuest), System architector at MangoDSP, Head of Development at NeoMagic, CEO at Operecon Ltd., and more. Michael has extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships development.

Prof. Semeon Kaplan, PhD., Doctor of Science

VP of Development

 

Prof. Kaplan has expertise in power generation stations & cooling systems. He held executive positions in governmental and privately owned companies, including: Interagency Center of Large Systems Development (Director General), Pro-Rector at Industrial College, and more.

Prof. Kaplan was the owner and the principal researcher at Veda Project (High-Tech company). He also negotiated and supervised the company’s exit.

Prof. Kaplan is the Laureate of the UNESCO’s plank for the outstanding young scientists, knight of the order of John Amos Comenius of the First degree, and more.

Mr. Gusev held executive positions in a number of international companies, including: BelEnergy, CTL Technology Group (Director), GidroTurboProvod (Director), UkrVodoCanal (Director), Limonte-Nefty-Gas Services (Director of Commerce), LukOil subsidiaries (Deputy Director). Mr. Gusev has vast knowledge and considerable experience in the field of electrical energy generation.

Dr. Mordison specializes in minerals search, construction of underground gas storages, and construction of thermal power plants.

Dr. Mordison held management positions in a number of companies, including: Neft-Leumy Le-Israel Ltd. (Head of the Research Group), SeverGasProm (Chief Geologist), SousBurGas (Head of Expeidition).
